"The Girl is Mine" Halle Berry's Men Go Crazy on Thanksgiving Day

Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry has been arrested for investigation of battery after authorities say he and the Oscar-winning actress' current boyfriend   Olivier Martinez got into a fight on  Thanksgiving holiday at her house.

Los Angeles Police Officer Julie Boyer says Aubry came over to Berry's house Thursday and there were reports of an assault. Police say Aubry was injured and was taken to a hospital.

He was later booked for investigation of battery and released on $20,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 13.

Berry and Aubry have been involved in a custody dispute involving their young daughter, Nahla.

 

Halle visited a divorce lawyer three weeks ago to talk about a custody arrangement but nothing long-term has been agreed upon just yet.

The couple reportedly worked out a ”very short-term custody arrangement,” when they first started having problems in the relationship—an incredibly responsible thing to do since in their five years together the pair never made it officially “official” by tying the knot.

However, it seemed to have all hit the fan yesterday when Aubry came to see his daughter and met Halle's new boyfriend playing with her and his ex. This did not go down well with him and a fight broke out. Reports suggest Aubry may ha sustained a broken rib, contusions on his face and a possible head injury. Martinez may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries.
