Is Halle Berry About to Loose Her Daughter to CPS? Find Out

The L.A. County Department of Child Protective Services (CPS) has said it will re-open an abuse investigation involving Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry's daughter, Nahla, following the bloody Thanksgiving fight between her father, Gabriel Aubry, and her mother's current boyfriend Oliver Martinez. 

This has become necessary because Nahla was present when the fight occurred, and could have been easily hurt by the two raging men " a source close to the situation explained. 

Now it seems Halle is going to have to put up a good fight in the battle to hold on to her lovely daughter as CPS is prepared to launch one final onslaught to take custody of Nahla.
